Crack resistance
The binders in BAUCOAT EPS Coating System are highly flexible, providing much better resistance to surface cracks than traditional cement or synthetic-based renders.
Weather resistant
All renders provide a high level of weather protection for buildings. BAUCOAT EPS Coating is sand & cement-free, is polymeric, thus allowing to repel water far better than traditional thick coat renders.
The BAUCOAT EPS Coating together with a topcoat create a superhydrophobic surface that sheds water naturally. When it rains, loose dirt is washed from the walls. Without dirt or water, algae and fungus are unable to survive on the surface.
Vapour permeable
BAUCOAT EPS Coating has been specially formulated to allow the wall surface to breathe.
